[Jiong Lin] Report of Discussion on 27 Dec 2009

After the discussion on 27 Dec 2009 (Sunday), our class has come out with plans suggested by the members of our class. With these plans, we hope that our class will become a more organized one and will grow tremendously to be a better organization. Below is the major plan that will be started on the coming year.

1. Class Committee
Our class has come out with a new committee board. Please be reminded that arrangement of the committee members has no special meaning towards their rank. The purpose of having the new committee board is just to make our class to be a more organized one.

Responsibilities:
i) Managing Class Fund and Bank Account
ii) Collecting Fees
iii) Preparing Annual Financial Reports

c. Event Organizers / Managers

Responsibilities:
i) Organizing and Managing Events
ii) Selecting Committee for Events

e. External and Internal Relators
Tan Yuan Qiu
Kuai Chen Chuan
Low Jiong Lin
Responsibilities
i) Managing Class Blog
ii) Managing Social Sites (eg. Facebook & Twitter)
iii) Managing Class E-mail Account
iv) Contacting Class Members through E-mail and SMS

2. AOB

a. Our class has registered a Public Bank account under the name of Huan Chin Chai (Chairperson), Chen Wen Jia (Treasurer / Accountant) and Tan Hong Jean (Treasurer / Accountant). Every transaction of the bank account will be recorded and money can only be withdrew with the authority of the chairpeople.

b. Every member of our class is requested to register themselves an E-mail account, a Skype account, and a Facebook Account.
